My husband had a nasty ankle fracture that required emergency surgery on a weekend.
We returned for his first follow up clinic appointment today. The A&E department dealt with him very promptly soon after arrival in the ambulance - ensuring he had good pain relief. He was treated with dignity and respect and all of the staff showed empathy towards him. They were friendly, and extremely professional.
The nurses and HCAs on Farndale, were again, faultless. The orthopaedic consultant operated late into Saturday night, which we were so grateful for.
Fracture Clinic today got us through quickly and efficiently. The plaster technicians are so knowledgeable and professional, making a great team.
"Nothing but praise for the experience we have had"
