About: St Mary's Hospital / Clinical genetics

(as a relative),

visited the genetics department today, what a lovely environment this is, very clean, very organised and lovely cheery people. We didn't have to wait very long to be seen, the donator was thorough with her examination. Would recommend this hospital to all its outstanding!

It was very kind of you to take the time to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. It was reassuring to read that you found the environment pleasant to be in and the staff attentive and professional. I can assure you that we have passed on your kind thoughts to Clinical Director Dr Kay Metcalfe and Lead Nurse Mrs Gill Moss and the staff involved.
