After waiting months to see an ENT specialist I eagerly anticipated seeing a doctor to help get to the bottomof my ear issue. Instead I was treated dispicably by a very rude 'doctor'.
They were extremely unwelcoming and certainly shared no compassion for my feelings or situation.
After forcing a tube into each of my orifices, they bluntly told me to take a seat outside for a hearing and allergy test. I curiously asked them if they thought they'd be able to fix my ear, to which they exploded back at me, that they can't do anything until after the test... I asked them if they spoke to all patients in this way and their response was cruelly, "just you"!
Suffice to say I was very upset by the whole experience and the little faith I have in the NHS is practically now non existent!
