What I liked

The nursing staff were so caring. The ward & theatre were scrupulously clean & I was treated with the utmost respect. The consultant explained the procedure very thoroughly. The staff who took me to the theatre were lovely. The theatre nurse & the anaesthetist were great & made me laugh to allay me fears. Thank you.

What could be improved

The only slight downside was that I had to have an operation which required the gown to be worn with the tapes to the front. Unfortunatley there was only one set of tapes, at the neck, which left the rest of the gown wide open, quite revealing!!
