What I liked
I was an elective operation patient. My doctor treated me so well with a lot of involvement in my care that I would recommend him to anyone of value in my life. I was treated with dignity at all levels of his care. This made my whole experience so pleasant. The nurses were also professional.
What could be improved
The post-op environment was not the best. The beds next to mine all went vacant. The medical patients who occupied them created a hostile environment post-op, one of them shouting in the night. If only it was a bit more peaceful.
Discharge took too long. The consultant discharged me as early as 08.30am but my TTOs were never available until 1600hrs.
Anything else?
Keep up the good spirit. Together we shall win.
