"Quality of care"

I was admitted for a week in the cardio ward after being concerned with an occasional racing heartbeat. I would just like to say how well I feel I was looked after. All the nurses were very professional and caring and as a "nurse watcher" for a week, I could see some real gems helping the ward tick along nicely... There was a balance of students, new nurses, and those more experienced meaning that it appeared that everyone was getting more than enough attention and care.
It was a pleasure to be looked after by Whipps.
