"Unsatisfied with care received"

I attended the Accident and Emergency department as I am having severe pains in my shoulder and can't cope anymore I was disgusted about the number of broken chairs in the waiting room and also about how the staff seem to not want you to be there whilst waiting to register. I was sent to the urgent care unit where I was seen by a nurse who gave me some painkillers and printed some information off the Internet about arthritis. My shoulder is pulling and I Cannot raise my arm very far without severe pain. I haven't even been offered a x ray to see what is going on inside as it is so painful. I feel I have been fobbed off as I didn't even get to see a doctor.
