About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Accident and emergency

I arrived at the William Harvey hospital at 11.30 and am still waiting to be seen at 6am it's not the doctors or nurses fault I know there doing the best they can its all down to the government giveing our money to other countries befor helping our own they need to sort out our problems befor others

I am so sorry for your experience.

Sadly the hospital is very busy at the moment and the team will be doing their absolute best to provide you with the treatment you need - but I am disappointed that it is not in as timely fashion as we would like.

I hope you have been attended to now and are on a suitable path to recovery.
