"How a hospital should be run"

I'd like to thank the doctor, triage nurse and the member of staff from the xray department in A&E this evening ( Saturday 3rd December) . Had a fall yesterday and damaged left knee, spoke to NHS 111 again quick answer time and great consultant on the phone , they then sent me to treliske to get it checked.Went there thinking I'd be waitining about for ages but no, in and out within two hours and honestly the nurses and staff there couldn't have been nicer if they tried, and considering the stress they are under in this day and age, I take my hat off to them. I hope however deals with patient liaison sees this as the staff there deserve recognition rather than the negative light sometimes portrayed by the press. I hope I her have too again but if I'm I'll Treliske is the place I'd want to be.
