Went to walk in centre and waited for 90 mins it was busy but the notice board was updated so I knew what to expect.
I was brought to my nurse by a volunteer who was very friendly and pleasant. My nurse was also very helpful and kind and redressed my arm very gently as she could see that I was in a lot of pain.
She also advised me how to look after myself over the weekend, and gave me ideas as to how I could ease. that pain myself. I left feeling reassured and happy with the great deal of attention she gave me
I would be more than happy to use this service again. thank you
