Recently spent 6 days on Ward 20a following a total hip replacement.
The care given to me was second to none, I believe I would not have received better treatment in any hospital in the country.
Every member of staff, no matter what their role within the ward, carried out their duties to the highest standard.
I was treated with care and respect and always a smile, quite often going over and above what they needed to do. Just one minor comment, could someone look at the signage for Ward 20a new visitors to the ward were getting lost for up to 20 minutes.
