"Completely let down."

For the last 2 years I have been under the Orthopeadic clinic. I am yet to have a diagnosis for the acute back pain that is massively affecting my life. I was given spinal injections without having had an MRI scan. Then had to wait 6 months for the follow up. At which time I was given an MRI. I was then given more injections 3 months later and this week I chased up my follow up appointment and was told 'we don't have the staff to give you an appointment'. I submitted a complaint earlier this year and still haven't received a response. I am about to contact my MP. Absolutely no duty of care.
