"Staff ignore emails, refuse to communicate"

If ever there was an example of how to be outrageously disrespectful and unprofessional towards tax paying patients; this hospital is it. Staff have consistently refused to resolve serious issues for 7 months (and counting), they now refuse to answer emails. Even the complaints department does not respond. Great tactic: if you don't want to be accountable and deal with problems you have created, just ignore the patient and maybe they'll go away.
