"The staff, without exception, are brilliant"

I am currently a patient in the ward and this is my story.

The nursing staff, without exception, are brilliant. They are so helpful and their care and compassion cannot be matched. They all have a good knowledge of your condition and will answer freely and questions you have. If they do not know the answer, rest assured, they will find someone who does. They all work as a team and the atmosphere in the ward is superb. Not forgetting the staff who clean everything. They are brilliant and always have a cheery word. Needless to say, the doctors are also great. Always willing to listen and will discuss everything with you frankly. If you are lucky enough to be a patient in Ward 16 you have one the jackpot.
