I was admitted on the 28/11/16 to queens hospital after I was diagnosed with a tumour inside my bladder, under the care of the urology department.I am now at home after surgery to remove the tumour and feel so strongly about the care I received that I am taking the time to thank the team involved that took care of me.from the receptionist taking my name and address in the admissions department to the time of my discharge on ward 12 I can only say thank you for the wonderful care you have provided. Every step of the way I was informed of the procedure and risk but most of all I found you all professional and understanding to peoples needs on an individual basis.I had plenty of time watching the ward at work during my stay and can only admire how committed and hard working the staff are and felt especially comforted by your care for the elderly in your care thank you again for looking after me I wish you all the best
