What I liked

The speed of the services after my collapse at Renishaw golf club. The response was I understand within 3 mins and I received excellent services of doctors A&E and team one in EMU

Well done

What could be improved

only one problem the lights in the ward left on most of the time making it difficult to sleep - note, although the ward busy and I understand the need of lights in these circumstances perhaps the side lights could be dimmed more

Anything else?

Thank the staff for their help, care and assistance

and the cup of tea & biscuit during the night was appreciated

Thanks for your kind words after what must have been a worrying time for you. I will ensure your comments are passed on to staff in our emergency teams. I'm not certain what ward you will have stayed on, but the new upgrades are benefitting from low level lighting at nightime - as this has been an area of concern for our patients.
