"I am looking forward to living nearer home- I have got better here on Colne"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been here for three years and they have found the right meds for me. I have got better and in about 2 to 3 months they will be looking for accommodation for me nearer home.

I like attending the gym and events. We have a timetable to attend and we get paid for it. I think incentives age good. There are not enough staff to facilitate leave and take us to the blue tree. When a patient kicks off that patient gets a member of staff put with them and this takes staff away from the other patients.

Thank you for the feedback, we are in the process of restructuring our staffing levels to accommodate patient's leave, the process will improve staffing on the ward and also address safe staffing.
