"Manner of doctor"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as the patient),

went to the hospital as I had been in a car crash, I thought the Dr that I seen was very ignorant, made me feel uneasy.   I explained I had a fear of hospitals and needles and they made me feel worse about it. I was in a lot of pain and trying to explain how I felt and the Dr asked did you go to medical school? did you study and go to university? have you got a degree?  I found this very demeaning and unprofessional, I would never get away with this at work. Dr would call my name and walk out the room leaving me wondering where to go, I found the Dr very intimidating when speaking to me.  My friend walked past the reception and she heard the dr discussing my situation on front of other doctors and nurses and for other patients to hear.

I am very astounded by the way this dr acted towards me, I feel disgusted and have no faith in the NHS.
