"The most amazing care ever"

I would like to thank and congratulate the staff in the maternity unit. My daughter gave birth on 28/11/2016 after being induced on 27th. The care delivered to her, her partner and indeed myself as an excitable expectant grandad was second to none! Ever single member of staff on duty those 2 days were amazing and make me even more proud of the NHS! I have been a nurse for almost 30 years and am a very senior nurse in then NHS! If every member of staff behaved in the manner the staff we encountered did the NHS would be just about perfect. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I hope this gets shared with the exec of the Trust and also with the teams involved. Your deserve your outstanding CQC rating!
