About: North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

I get a visit on a regular basis from my CPN. I have found her to be reliable, understanding and she listens carefully to me. She has also been easy to contact in an emergency and has helped me out of the situation that I was in.

Thanks for taking the time to let us know what's happening. CPNs can provide such a valuable service, and it was great that your CPN was so attentive to your needs. It's good to hear that it's going well for you, and that your CPN helped with your situation.
