I like the tv in the waiting area

What could be improved

Waiting time in clinic. I was due to see my consultant in ENT clinic. When I arrived at the hospital I found out that he was not in clinic and I would see someone else. This appointment had been rearranged from April as he was not available then either. The appointment was to decide if I would be having surgery in the summer. My appointment was for 3pm I arrived to clinic a bit early at 2.20pm. I didn't get in to see the doctor until 4.15pm. I was very dissatisfied with this. Nurses were coming in and out of the doctors rooms and not once did I hear an apology to say we are sorry the clinic is running late. This sort of treatment I feel is not satisfactory.
