"Why won't they answer their phones?"

About: Queen's Hospital / Accident & emergency

It's really frustrating having a family member as a patient in Romford Hospital. The staff won't answer their phones, leaving other family members in the dark about treatment and likely discharge time.Total lack of communication. Shame.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comment, I am sorry to read of the difficulties you have had contacting Queen’s Hospital.

Our departments are very busy and sometimes it may be difficult to answer every call, however I completely understand how frustrating this could be.

If you wish to discuss this further, please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison team, who will be happy to help in any way they can.

PALS can be contacted on 01708 435 454 or by email PALS@bhrhospitals.nhs.uk.

Yours Sincerely

Kathryn Halford

Chief Nurse
