"A&E"

About: King George Hospital / Accident and emergency

I attended A & E walk in on Sunday evening , I was booked in very promptly , no quest and no hassle , I took a seat and the waiting room was busy at 6pm they said look for my name when it flashes up on the board . There were lots of children waiting to be seen so I expected to wait a few hours ( not a problem ) however I was called 25 min later by the doctor and seen to , I never felt rushed or made to feel like I should not be taking up there time.

I was very happy with the service and also on my previous visit about 3 years ago , I was at home by 7pm amazing . I don't have any negative comments , the only thing I'd say is when calling out the name the nurse/doctor just says it softly and once then walks off , they need to be more louder and clear because if your distracted with kids or elederely you just don't hear , just a bit louder please cos it keeps the system moving faster .
