"Eye emergency left intreated"

Absolutely shocking behaviour from a member of team after TO basically telling me to sit down and wait as my vision was suddenly blurred and doubled that day to be told there was far more important people before BE. Being a very anxiety female myself I was shocked how I was treated. Yet again second visit there from today same treatment and to be told I just had a cold and nothing they can do baring in mind I was partially lost vision in both rurs. -and to be told to come back basically. Would rather travel 100milrs with the pain and discomfort then to be treated like an absolute disgrace! Staff are meant to be their to help through difficult times not disagrees and try and tell me four different symptoms then for what I went in for which is because my vision was lost !!!! will be defiantly taking this further as my eyes could of been seriously damaged or even still might be if left u treated! And then to be told seated in the minor section after explaining I can't see a thing!
