"Above the call of duty"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Maternity unit

(as the patient),

Went into ward 7 for a planned c-section and the care was brilliant. From Dr Huda performing the c-section to all the midwifes who looked after my daughter and I especially midwife called Linda who went above the call of duty and took my daughter away for a couple of hours so I could sleep.

She truly is an angel and helped me out so much that first night and previous visits. I cant fault the care of my baby or myself so great praise all round.

Dear Spuggy

A big “congratulations” to you on the birth of your little girl! You must be relieved and excited that she is here as I recall you posting after being in the ward earlier on in your pregnancy.

Thank you so much for your positive feedback. It is great to hear that everyone was very caring especially Linda. It is the little acts of kindness that make all the difference. I hope that your daughter isn’t giving you too many sleepless nights as unfortunately I cannot give you Linda at home!

I will happily share your praise with everyone involved in your care.

With best wishes to you and your family for all the exciting times ahead with your little daughter.

Gail
