What I liked
I have had 15 admissions in the past 12mnths to a leicestershire hospital. This was my first admission too Glenfield hospital, Thoracic Ward 26. I cannot praise this hospital enough, the doctors, nurse's, auxillary and outpatients staff are of the highest quality. This hospital is run so smoothly and efficiently everything goes like clockwork. I could not have been cared for better if i could have afforded to go into a private hospital. Glenfield is a fine example of how an NHS hospital should be and what any patient could wish for if ever they need to be treated as an inpatient. My other 14 admissions were spread between LRI + LGH. These two hospitals i am sorry to say do not come anywhere near the standards set by Glenfield. WELLDONE.
What could be improved

At Glenfield I found the standard of morale from both staff and patients to be very high. If the LRI was run as efficiently i am sure there would be less adverse comments about it, and the morale of both patients and staff should [?] improve.
