"All the staff were friendly and kind"

About: Wansbeck Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I had excellent care from my appointments before my operation with Mr Carr and his team in outpatients to my actual operation.

Everyone is working under pressure and that was obvious, but I was always treat with dignity and care and I felt everything was very safe.

Ward 15 is staffed with experienced nurses who know how to deliver excellent nursing care.

The ward appeared very clean and organised.

All the staff were friendly and kind and very busy.
