Absolutely disgusting attitude, very unhelpful receptionist on the third floor of the dental. I had to re-schedule an appointment so I was promised letters. This was to book an appointment as a matter of emergency, no letters received, messages not passed on, which means a very prolonged amount of time that I have to endure pain in my tooth which could lead to infection. Every time that I have called i get the same uninterested response by the receptionist of "not my problem attitude" There is very little & very Poor communication. This is supposed to be a teaching hospital not just for the students to qualify as dentist's but surely to learn customer service in the future to be successful? Hopefully they learn from the talented teaching dentists rather than one of the snooty receptionist on floor 3! I can however positively comment on the student that i have previously visited and the senior dentist teaching them, they were very sympathetic, caring and efficient, hence why I'm desperate to book in again, but cant seem to.. So not all bad, but i would strongly recommend that the third floor receptionist have training on how to speak to clients.
