Very friendly welcome and professional staff. Treated with respect at all times by all members of the team that I met that day.
Prompt and efficient service.
I did notice that a number of patients did appear to be wondering around the department looking for the reception, as they seemed to have walked passed it.
Maybe the signage could be improved.
