"What a disgrace"

My father has been under this hospital for the last 2 years and has had 5 admissions. Each one has been a horror story with something happening out of our control .

At the present they have an outbreak of Novovirus and are withholding all the patients visiting rights. This has been reported as the third time this year something is wrong. When questioned all you are told is visitors are bringing it in. That's utter rubbish otherwise other hospitals would have the same problems and I'm sure if they do they are handled differently. It's about time the management wake up and address the problem. Care and wellbeing also includes looking after patients social needs and locking them away to the outside world is not doing that.
