I was recently admitted due to breathlessness to rotherham Hospital. After 2 days of lots of worry and not many answers from the doctors or nurses on the ward I was visited by Michelle a heart nurse. She fully explained to me my condition- cardiomyopathy. The advice, support and kindness she gave myself and my wife was invaluable. I see her regularly in the heart failure clinic and if it wasn't for her I don't know if I would feel so much better. The NHS gets lots of criticism in the news but you never get to read how individuals like Michelle make a real diffeerence to peoples lives. Thank you Michelle.
