And they support us to get involved.

It is encouraging to hear that you feel listened to and heard by the management team at the Peaks. It has been a collaborative piece of work in developing more opportunities for patients to join in events and therapeutic activities in the main hospital. This continues to be an ongoing piece of work with new pilot projects being developed in the New year. It is hoped this will open up more placements for Peaks patients and encourage more inclusion and integration with the wider hospital. The Christmas timetable is well planned and looks like it will provide lots of activities over the festive period. Merry Christmas from Peaks management Team!

Hi, just a quick note to update you on progress. I am delighted to inform you that from Friday 2nd June patients from the Peaks unit began to access Chiltern every Friday evening for the joint Peaks and PD social evening. I am sure you will agree this is a huge step forward towards the future integeration of activities for the male PD patients here at Rampton.

Also from 1st April 2017 we have been piloting joint staff and patient panels for staff interviews over in the CRB on the Peaks. Feedback from all parties has been very positive and we are going to continue with this in the future
