About: Darlington Memorial Hospital

(as a relative),

What could be improved

Communications between staff. Communication between Doctor and patient.

Anything else?

Visited A+E with my girlfriend, who was having a severe panic attack. We were given no information by the doctor, her blood sugar was low but she was offered no food or even a cup of tea! She was left in a room with the door open and I just walked in with no challenge from staff members. She was discharged after a few hours after being given an unknown drug and I was not even told how to look after her or what to do next. Shocking treatment all round.
