"Blood check ups for a child"

About: King George Hospital

(as a parent/guardian),

Blood test waiting time

I have been prescribed to get blood checkup done for my 9 year old kid and I reached around 12 noon with a sick child. I took the ticket and waited for around 2 hours till I get my ticket number called. Then I have been pointed out at the notice board among so many other notice boards that for child of my kids age Inness to take prior appointment and I had to return back. I have observed there was another mom who has been sent off after me for the same reason.

They can increase the staff for void test so there can be less waiting time for patients.

They could have announced intereem looking the children among waiting patients that younger children need prior appointment.

The seating area was dirty with food chunks and wrappers in the floor.
