"Good service from six degrees"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Six Degrees are a very good service & were there for me when I needed them. Just talking was really useful. the therapist letting me talk and get things off my chest. Made me feel a lot better. Also listening to the therapist suggestions and taking those on board.

From the therapy I have been able to make changes. I care for my wife but I am now making sure to make time for myself and going out more.
