"Urgent care centre"

About: Russells Hall Hospital / Dudley Urgent Care Centre

Myself, my partner, his ex partner and their son went to the urgent care centre last night as he had a violent cough that wasn't getting better had been throwing up not eating and had a high temperature. We got there at 8:50pm on a Sunday, the centre was packed and absolutely boiling. It was so hot it made me feel ill. The water fountain was useful but as I went to get a drink there was a drunk man washing his hair under it. There was rubbish everywhere and what looked like wee on the toilet floor. Little one started to get a rash he was so hot so we got put in a small room with a fan. We left there at 12am. The whole wait was awkward, nobody seemed to be getting seen, we were in view of a doctor who was just sitting on a computer for half an hour before they asked us to come in. This is a long wait for a four year old, so long that all pharmacies are closed by the time we got out. Two nurses and two doctors is not enough! Last time I went I got seen within half an hour, the service seems to be getting worse.
