Ended up on A&E with our 3 year old whilst on holiday. I honestly cannot fault the care we received. We were seen promptly and all the staff we came into contact with were amazing. The Nurse Practitioner went out of their way to calm our son and explain everything to us. They even found him a teddy bear and printed him a copy of his x- ray to show off to his friends! This was the NHS at its best. Well done everyone!
