"I would just like to thank all ..."

What I liked

I would just like to thank all the staff at Frimley Park Hospital. Doctors, Nurses, the Housekeeping Team, the Chefs, the Porters, and the wrvs for the daily paper. I was admitted via A&E on the 5th May and then spent the next 9 days in G5 Keats Ward. I was so impressed with the way that everybody worked together, the way my treatment was managed, the friendly staff, and the way my questions were answered. I felt that I really got the best treatment, and was monitored and looked after will true respect and dignity. I am pleased to say that I have never had any hospital experience before, but knowing that a truly professional group of people work so well together is so reassuring.

What could be improved

The only improvement could be with the tv and telephone system, which seemed quite complicated to set up, especially when ill.
