"Good way of engaging the patients"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I attended the Patient Involvement Day in Birmingham and really loved the remote control cars that the Patient Experience Team brought with them. I think this is a good way of engaging the patients and this gets people out into the fresh air. Can we have some remote control cars to use in the courtyard?

We have had some great comments about the remote control cars, so it is wonderful that you find this a way of engaging patients. I will donate two remote control cars to your ward so that you can all have the opportunity to use the cars. I will arrange for a member of the Patient Experience Team to deliver the cars to your ward.
