"Amazing staff at each and every point!"

After what turned about to be a long labour I can safely say I have experienced quite a fee the units at the maternity department at CUH. The staff at each and every point have been absolutely incredible and I could not have asked for more from them. From a friendly and helpful voice at the end of phone in triage to the after care in the Mary Ward, these teams deserve an incredible amount of recognition for what they do and the manor in which they carry out their work. Some of the most caring and understanding people I've met, professional at every turn and they all knew what they were taking about giving sound advice and helping us make the best decisions in what was a tricky labour.

We came in contact with staff at triage, birth centre, theatre, anethatist, Mary ward and labour ward and they were all brilliant! I felt really cared for and felt so looked after in Mary ward when all the staff genuinely wanted to get me back on my feet with baby as soon as possible and gave sound advice and care the whole way through. An amazing experience I will never forget thanks to the staff. Thank you so much for your help and expertise and just for being kind when times were tough.
