"Barrow Healthy Living Centre Community Gym"

I believe BHLC's Community Gym is being let down by poor administration. As a member of this gym I was shocked to receive a letter discharging me without provocation. In a Kafka-esque and terse letter I was accused of not responding to a previous letter (which I believe was never sent and/or received). I both left a detailled voicemail message for them, requesting a copy of the previous letter, and emailled too, but to no avail. I think a facility such as this especially needs administrative staff who communicate well - both listening and responding to patients - how unfortunate the Community Gym is sorely lacking one!
