What I liked
I was on D Level for knee surgery. The unit was very clean, no mixed sex rooms, polite,helpful and knowledgeable nurses and doctors. I had no problems with the food. The care was excellent.
What could be improved
I can honestly say that I could find no areas that required improvement.
Anything else?
My pre-operative assessments were efficient and on time as was my follow-up Out Patient appointment.
