"Short stay in SAU"

Absolutely first class service, slow but very really very good. Everyone pleasant and helpful, mindful and talkative but above all informative.

The stuff every hospital I am sure should be and aspire too - well done. However so many members of staff walking around and despite pointing out the disgusting mess in A &E of the toilets and waiting room is shameful. Waiting 6 hours in A &E saw at lest 3 of the same faces ignore the toilets after repeated reports. In addition the walls, chairs and floor in A & E appalling that said no lights in the ceiling where we sat so pitch dark. That said first class from the hospital itself
