"Upsetting care"

About: Darlington Memorial Hospital / General surgery

While on the surgical day unit I have mixed feelings. In the morning until afternoon my care was very good and nurses were very understanding of my reaction to the anaesetic. However later in I felt like I was more of a burden and a bed space rather then a person who was feeling ill. One health care in particular was rude and very Abrupt. My head was bumped by staff when I dizzy and they pulled a recliner chair back to fast and I hit my head off the side. There was no apology. Then I was made to feel it was my fault. However, when I had to stay overnight because these affects I could fault the care I received from ward 62 lovely staff .
