"fast efficient service"

I was really not looking forward to trying to get an appointment and had put it off for a week hoping I would get better.

In the end I called at 8:42 this morning & the call was answered before the second ring. I was offered an appointment with the nurse at 10:50 the same morning.

I was seen on time & was on my way before 11:00.

I'm not sure that could have been bettered.
