In this security conscious age I am surprised that we now check in at Rotherham Hospital outpatient department at an open table in full hearing of everybody waiting.
Full name address and telephone number are given, a bright criminal's dream.

Thank you for taking the time to highlight this issue. We have tried to put in the check in desks nearer to the actual outpatient clinic so that patients do not have to book in twice.
However the point you make is valid, and we will be taking it back to the team who are working in outpatients, and asking them how we can make things better.
