very nice surroundings

i had an appointment for 2.15 and one for 2.45. in the eye unit.
at 4.45 i was still waiting to be seen.there were
no members of staff to ask how long i'd be waiting.
i asked at reception and was told to just wait in t the waiting room.
i was so appalled i walked out and have no intention of going back there..
i was absolutely disgusted
