About: Princess Margaret Hospital

Stayed one night in Nov 16. Very small room, no towels in bathroom or liner in yellow bathroom waste disposal for needles etc. Ordered a paper for next day which never arrived, no drink offered with evening meal, breakfast arrived with no plate or knife to eat toast. Due to be discharged between 10 and 11 and had to call a nurse at 12.45 to enquire why I was still there with drains still in. Had not been offered any drink since breakfast and had no lunch on order as I was meant to be home!!

Surgeon and anesthasist were fabulous as were the nurses but communication was lacking and I felt they were too busy. To cap it all my discharge pack had a label with someone else's details. A very disappointing experience to when I stayed 3 years ago and not sure I would choose this hospital again.
