I waited 9 weeks to get the results of my MRI scan. Every phone call I made to get them ended up being to an answer machine. I left a message with the neurologist’s office after 6 weeks but no one called me back. After 7 weeks I left another message and rang the complaints people too, also a machine. Eventually, I was told the scan had not be looked at and I would have to wait a further week to 10 days for the results. 14 days later I had heard nothing so made another series of calls to machines. Only then, 9 weeks after my scan was I given the results. A delay of this length could have made the difference between life and death. Please sort out your procedure, it is very poor indeed.
