"Complaint sent 19 days ago and no response"

About: Park Hospital

Having searched your web-site for a complaints process and not being able to find one. I registered my complaint via your query system; to date no response has been received. It is now 19 days since it was sent. The receptionist at The Park, this evening confirmed that queries are routed to "NEC" and that it will be "several weeks" before we get a response. Having used the query service before to enquire about the cost of a procedure; I am conscious that you are able to respond much more quickly when there is the potential for money to be made! Poor, poor service; which I must admit is not typical of the service we have received from The Park prior to the current case to which the complaint refers.
